Am 19.8.2012 findet ab 17 Uhr ein Quartiergrillfest gegen die Hochhausinsel „Rheinhattan“ an der Uferstrasse statt.

An die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner von Kleinhüningen und Klybeck
In den nächsten Jahren soll hier im Hafenbereich ein gänzlich neues Quartier errichtet werden. Eine Insel, wo Leute mit viel Geld wohnen, arbeiten und konsumieren können – das sagen die Pläne.
Wie sich das auf unsere Wohn- und Lebenssituation auswirken wird, ist absehbar: Steigende Mieten, Totalrenovationen, Kündigungen, mehr Vorschriften, mehr Kontrolle…
Wir wollen da nicht einfach zuschauen. In die Politik haben wir kein Vertrauen und möchten uns (mit euch) selbst organisieren. Als betroffene QuartierbewohnerInnen.
Deswegen laden wir alle zu einem Quartiergrillfest ein, um uns kennenzulernen, auszutauschen und vielleicht bereits Ideen zusammenzutragen, wie wir uns gegen eine solche Entwicklung wehren können.
Wir treffen uns am 19. August ab 17:00 Uhr auf dem Hafengelände (Uferstrasse).
Um 18:30 Uhr wird es einen kurzen Informationsbeitrag zum Hafen geben. Später gemütliche Musik.
Wir werden Grill und Infrastruktur bereitstellen. Bringt doch etwas fürs Buffet.

Agli/alle abitanti di Kleinhüningen e Klybeck
Nei prossimi anni verrà costruito qui nella zona portuale un quartiere tutto nuovo. Si tratta di un’isola dove gente con la grna potrà abitare, lavorare e consumare, così dicono i progetti.
L’effetto che tutto ciò avrà sulla nostra situazione abitativa e sulle nostre vite è prevedibile: affitti alle stelle, ristrutturazioni complete, sfratti, più regole, più controllo…
Noi non vogliamo stare solo a guardare. Non abbiamo nessuna fiducia nella politica e vorremmo autorganizzarci (insieme a voi). In qualità di abitanti del quartiere direttamente coinvolti.
A questo proposito vi invitiamo tutti/e ad una grigliata di quartiere, per conoscerci, scambiare idee e sviluppare pensate, come ci potremmo difendere contro questo sviluppo.
Ci incontriamo il 19 agosto dalle 17:00 nell’areale del porto (Uferstrasse).
Alle 18:30 avrà luogo un breve contributo informativo riguardo al porto e a seguire musica.
Noi metteremo a disposizione il barbecue e l’infrastruttura. Portate anche voi qualcosa per il buffet!

Merhaba kleinhüningen ve klybeck sakinleri,
önümüzdeki bir kac yillar icerisinde Liman Bölgesinde yeni bir mahalle inşaa edilecek. Fazla çalisanin, fazlaca parasi olanin ve fazlaca tüketen insanlarin yaşayabilecegi bir bölge – planda da bahsedildigi üzere!
Bunun yasadigimiz bölgeyi ve hayatimizi nasil etkileyecegi aşikar: toptan “yeni”lenme, kiralarda artiş, evden çikarmalar, daha fazla yasak, daha fazla kontrol…
Biz buna öylece bakmak istemiyoruz. Politikaya güvenmiyoruz. sizinle birlikte – bundan rahatsizlik duyan mahalle sakinleri olarak- bir araya gelmek istiyoruz.
Bu sepeple, herkesi 19 agustos 17.00`da Liman`da mahalle (Uferstrasse) festivaline davet ediyoruz, tanişip tartişmak icin, fikirlerimizi paylasmak icin. Ve belki de şimdiden kendimizi hazirlayabiliriz böylesi bir gelişime karşi.
Saat 18.30`da kisa bir bilgilendirme toplantisi ve sonrasinda (umariz) keyifli bir müzik dinletisi olacak.
Mangali biz hazirlariz ama siz de bir şeyler getirebilirseniz hic de fena olmaz. Öylece bakmak istemiyoruz.

Za stanovnike Kleinhüningena i Kly-becka
U sljedecih nekoliko godina ovdje u podrucju luke biti ce izgraden potpuno novi kvart. Otok, gdje mogu stanovati, raditi o konzumirati ljude s puno novca – kazu planove.
Utjecaj na nasu situaciju stanovanja i zivota je predvidljiv: porast najama, potpuno renoviranje, otkaze, vise propisa, vise kontrole…
Ne zelimo to jednostavno gledati. U politiku nemamo povjerenje i zelimo se (zajedno s vama) organizirati. Kao zbunjeni stanovnici kvarta.
Zato pozivamo vas sve na rostilj kvarta, da se upoznamo, raspravljamo i mozda vec skupljamo ideje kako se mozemo braniti protiv takvih tendencija.
Nademo se 19oga kolovoza od 17 sati na luckom podrucju (Uferstrasse).
U 18.30 sati ce se odrzati kratko informativno predavanje o luci. Kasnije, ugodna glazba.
Mi cemo pripremiti rostilj i infrastrukturu. Donosite i vi nesto za bife.

En los próximos años se quiere edificar aquí en el recinto del puerto un nuevo barrio. Una isla, donde personas con mucho dinero puedan vivir, trabajar y consumir, así dicen los planos.
Las consecuencias que tendrá todo eso para nuestras situaciones de vivienda y de vida son previsibles: aumento en el alquiler, renovaciones totales, más instrucciones, más control…
Nosotros no solo queremos esperar a ver qué pasa. En la política ya no confiamos, nosotros queremos (con ustedes) auto-organizarnos. Como habitantes afictad@s de este barrio.
Por eso les invitamos a un asado, para conocernos, intercambiarnos y tal vez ya para juntar ideas como podemos resistirnos a tal desarrollo.
Nos encontramos el 19 de agosto a partir de las 17:00 horas en el recinto portuario (Uferstrasse).
A las 18:30 habrá una pequeña información sobre el puerto. Más tarde música agradable.
Nosotros pondremos a disposición la parrilla y la infraestructura. Puedes traer algo para el buffet.

Às moradoras e aos moradores de Kleinhüningen e Klybeck
Esta planeado construir aqui um bairro totalmente novo nos próximos anos. Uma ilha onde pessoas com muito dinheiro possam morar, trabalhar e consumir – isso dizem os planos.
As consequências para a nossa situação de vida são previsíveis: aumento dos alugueres, renovações totais, avisos de saída, mais controle, mais regras…
Não queremos ficar parados a ver. Não confiamos na política e queremos organizar-nos (com vocês). Como moradores e moradoras consternados.
Por estas razões convidamos todos os moradores e moradoras para uma festa de churrasco do bairro, para conhecer-nos, conversar e talvez já juntar ideais para defender-nos contra este tipo de desenvolvimento.
O encontro é no dia 19 de Agosto a partir das 17 horas no recinto do porto (Uferstrasse).
Às 18:30 haverá informações sobre o porto. Mais tarde música agradável.
Grill e infraestrutura estão à disposição. Tragam algo para o buffet.

An island for the rich!
To the residents of Kleinhüningen and Klybeck,
In the next few years, a whole new neighborhood is intended to be built here in the harbor area. An island, where people with a lot of money can live, work, and consume – this is what the plans say.
How this will affect our lives and living situation is predictable: rising rent, total renovations, layoffs, more regulations, and more control…
We do not want to just sit back and watch. We do not have trust in politics and we want to organize ourselves (with you) as concerned neighborhood residents.
Therefore, we invite everyone to a neighborhood barbecue, so you can get to know us, exchange ideas, and perhaps already prepare how we can defend ourselves against such a development.
We will meet on 19 August at 17:00 in the port area (Uferstrasse).
At 18:30 there will be a short information session about the port. Later, nice music.
We will provide the BBQ and facilities, but bring something for the buffet.
